Emma Willard Summer Programs

Now in its second year, the Summer Programs at Emma Willard School include the English Immersion Program, a month-long program for English Language Learners, and Writer's Retreat, a two week intensive writing program. Girls from around the world join together to improve their academic English skills and work together on projects inside and outside of the classroom. Along with trips to Boston and New York City, the girls explore everything upstate New York has to offer.

Last Day of Community Service

Today was our last day of community service with the Emmaus summer camp. For the third time, our girls paired up with a young camper, helped them select books and read, and played games and other activities with them. Our girls made these kids day with this one-on-one attention. At the end, we celebrated the end of this community service program with some popsicles.
